Story of Starry Night Pilgrimage

Blue Zone Program☆Story of Starry Night Pilgrimage
We will visit three star sites: “National Astronomical Observatory of Japan, Ishigakijima”, “National Astronomical Observatory of Japan, VERA”, and “Banna-dake and Maese-dake”.
At the pilgrimage sites, visitors will spend the night while enjoying episodes related to the stars, astronomical observations, and spectacular views.
The starry sky may look the same at first glance, but it will look different when you look up at it while getting to know the area and feeling the local sounds.
Needless to say, the starry sky, the sea, the islands, and the city that unfolds before us at night are beautiful and envelop us so widely that we feel as if we are being sucked in.
At the end of the trip, you will feel the “miracle” of our existence. We hope that you will take advantage of this lecture by incorporating the wisdom of the Blue Zones into your daily life, and that you will gain hints for a healthy, long, rewarding, and fulfilling life that is suited for each of you.
